21. TLC “No Scrubs”
This is the second entry from MY January 2009 TOP 10: Left Eye Videos countdown. Whereas before, at the Number 25 spot, it was TLC’s hugest hit, “Waterfalls,” this time around it’s their second hugest hit, “No Scrubs.”
